Shipping information

Australia

  • We reserve the right to increase shipping costs where the actual cost of postage exceeds 10% or more of the standard shipping charge applied at check-out.

  • Products will generally be shipped using Australia Post, or dedicated courier companies depending on size, weight and content.

Resin

  • We do not ship resin internationally.

 

Outside of Australia

  • We endeavour to find the most suitable shipping option.

  • Delivery times will vary depending on location. As a guide, please allow 2-3 weeks. The purchaser remains responsible for the payment of all associated taxes, import duties, and related charges.

 

Delivery Times

We endeavour to provide a speedy delivery. Orders are generally dispatched within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a firm date for delivery following the placement of an order.

 

Tracking Your Delivery

Once an order has been processed, we endeavour to issue the purchaser with a tracking link for the parcel(s) via email. This link can be used to track the status of the shipment.

Orders will be fulfilled subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, please contact us and we will advise you of its expected availability.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

 

Returns Policy Refunds

The Trade Practices Act protects consumers when they buy goods.

The goods we sell must be accurately described, of merchantable quality and fit for the purpose of producing resin art. If this is not the case, please advise us of the circumstances and Colour Obsession will issue you with a full refund of the price paid, or if you prefer, we can arrange an exchange.

Note: Containers and packaging may differ from that shown.

Please choose carefully as you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange where you simply change your mind after purchase.

 

Proof of Purchase

All refunds, returns and exchanges are dependant on proof of purchase. Please provide a copy of the Tax Invoice/Receipt at the same time as your request for a refund/exchange.

We are protective of our customers’ privacy and will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except to the extent necessary to provide the goods to you, or where required to do so by law.

We collect your personal information, including name, address and email address for the sole purpose of allowing us to better serve you. From time to time, we may send you new product information. If you do not wish to receive this information, you can unsubscribe at any time.

 

Security Policy

We use Paypal, Stripe and AfterPay to collect payments. In order to protect your security, we do not retain customers credit and debit card details.
